My name is Alexandra André and I ran my first marathon back in 2008 in Melbourne, and it changed my life!

It could for you too - but if it’s your first marathon, you won’t know that yet.

I’m not an elite athlete, I’m an ordinary everyday runner, but I like to challenge myself and grow through the process.

I’ve run 5 marathons, inc a PB on just 4 weeks training, and completed the toughest one-day sporting in the world - an IRONMAN.

I’ve also experienced countless setbacks and injuries along the way… and they helped me find another way, a more holistic way, and have given me the depth of real experience I have to offer today.

I am passionate about helping others achieve their marathon goal, because I know how much more of life exists beyond it.

And it would honestly be a privilege to get you ready to run your marathon!

Whatever your marathon goal is - 42.195 km is a long way!

And I can help you be as prepared as possible for it

During the 90 min session we’ll focus on

> Race Day Checklist

> Race Plan

> Mindset Preparation

To give you every chance of success for the best race experience possible
