Speaker Bio:

Alexandra has been described as a 'world class' storyteller.

She grew up on the family farm in South Australia. Having developed a love of running from an early age she got a taste of what's possible when she completed her first marathon. Not deterred by the years of injuries that followed as she chased a second marathon, she chose to take on an even greater challenge, an IRONMAN event (3.8 km swim, 180 km ride, 42.195 km run).

Now a 6 x Marathoner, 1 x IRONMAN, Speaker, Author, Coach and Solo Mum, Alexandra is passionate about helping others connect with their true potential by inspiring them to take on the goals they didn't think possible - and discovering they CAN. She has experienced 1st hand what can happen when you do – in running, business and life – and that we are all more capable than we could ever imagine.
